The latest date for pre-registration is 11 November 2018. After this date, please register on site.

The registration fee includes:

The payment of the registration fee is compulsory to participate in the Congress .


Italian public administration employees can register using the paper form only. It is currently not possible for Italian public administration employees to register on-line through our on-line portal.
In order to receive an invoice issued to a public body for SPLIT PAYMENT (VAT charged on the invoice paid directly by the  public institution) it is mandatory, in addition to the institution’s tax information, to provide the unique code of the public institution (ID for the Public Admin.), the six alpha-numeric characters attributed to a single organizing unit (OU), and any other information the institution deems necessary and useful to facilitate identification of payment for the service according to standard electronic invoicing.
In order to use the VAT exemption pursuant to Art. 10 of Presidential Decree 633/72 as amended by Art. 14, paragraph 10 of law no. 537 of 24 December 1993, a written statement must be sent together with the registration form (containing the Institution’s fiscal data, as well as the unique code of the public institution ) in which it is specified that the employee (provide name and surname) to whom the registration applies is authorized to attend the event for professional advancement purposes; in addition to all other information that the institution deems necessary and opportune to facilitate identification of the payment for the service according to standard electronic invoicing.
If the statement or the unique code of the public institution are not provided, the employee must pay the registration fee directly, and then request reimbursement from the institution. In this case, the invoice including VAT will be made out to the participant. Requests to modify previously issued invoices or to reimburse VAT after the end of the Congress will not be accepted.


  • Companies and Agencies can register groups of at least 5 people.
  • The working address and e-mail address of each participant is required. The email addresses of sponsor companies will not be accepted as substitute.

How to proceed with group registrations

In order to streamline the registration process, the name list shall be sent exclusively per email (as an attachment), using the on-line form. Lists sent via fax will not be accepted.

Group pre-registration without names will be accepted only by 20 September 2018, provided the payment has been received.

After that date the complete participants list shall be sent together with the registration form and the payment. Registrations will be accepted by 11 November 2018. After that date only on-line registrations will be accepted.

CONGRESS KIT COLLECTION (To be collected only by a company or agency representative)

In order to simplify the registration procedures of their guests, companies/agencies can collect their delegates’ congress kits before the official beginning of the Congress.

An official request must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat OIC-Registration and Booking Department, 3-4 weeks before the beginning of the event to define and agree a pick up time.

The service is available by appointment only, and provided the registration lists are complete with the compulsory data required. No material will be given in case of incomplete or missing data.

Otherwise, the material can be picked up by each single delegate. The congress material of each participant will be available at the pre-registration desk during the Secretariat’s regular opening hours, as indicated in the Scientific Program.


The Organizing Secretariat OIC srl has selected some hotels in Venice with negotiated rates and straight forward access to the Congress Venue.

Attendees are recommended to reserve hotel accommodation as soon as possible in order to have the best choice of available hotels.

The indicated room/night rates and availabilities are only applicable for reservations made through the Organizing Secretariat OIC., and received by 20 September 2018 at the latest. After this date the Organizing Secretariat OIC can not guarantee any reservation even though all efforts will be made to satisfy the requests upon availability.
Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail only upon receipt of the full pre-payment; in order to avoid any disappointment early bookings are recommended (phone reservations are not accepted).

Agencies or companies in need for group reservations follow a dedicated procedure by contacting the Organizing Secretariat OIC.


Registrations and hotel reservations cannot be processed without payment. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer (see details below). We strongly encourage on-line registrations (credit card payments only).

For cancellations received before 20 July 2018 full refund will be possible.

For cancellations received by 20 September 2018 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty

No refund will be processed for cancellations received after September 20 2018.

Name changes incur a handling fee of € 39,00 per registration.

Hotel Reservation

Hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.

Attrition policy for cancellations (valid for individual bookings only):

  • Up to and including 20 June 2018: the amount paid will be refunded, less an administrative charge of € 25,00.
  • From 21 June to 20 July 2018 inclusive: one night accommodation will be withheld as cancellation charge.
  • From 21 July to 20 September 2018 inclusive: the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% as cancellation charge.
  • From 21 September to 20 October 2018: the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 80% as cancellation charge.
  • From 21 October 2018: no refund will be made for cancellations, changes and reduction of stay duration.
